We are an upscale ladies boutique with a focus in lingerie and sleepwear. Our specialties include bra fittings, private parties, and personal shopping services. Located in Woodbury Syosset area.

We are currently searching for a professional and charismatic sales associate to join our team. We are seeking an outgoing and energetic person who enjoys working with customers, maintains a professional appearance and demeanor, and is proficient with macs and POS systems. Some training time to be expected in order to become familiarized with our systems.

Basic daily functions include:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right product for them. Demonstrate product knowledge including merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales. Provide bra fitting services. Enter customers into our database and ring up sales. Create gift cards and store credits. Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock room neat and clean at all times. Execute proper opening and closing procedures. Proactively educate oneself on the many product offerings in the store, promotions and merchandising standards. Answer phones promptly and courteously, taking messages where necessary.

Qualifications

Professional Sales experience in a retail environment
Strong computer skills, specifically with a mac
Comfortable ringing both cash and card sales
Timely and professional
Dependable, trustworthy, and confident
Great people skills
Proper fashionable attire
Product knowledge (prior training will take place)
Comfortable opening and closing store alone
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Team player
Assertive and confident personality
Open availability for weekend shifts and as floater
Positive attitude even in high stress situations
Must be comfortable working one on one with customers during bra fittings
Bra fit knowledge a plus
